Delivery
At Eternal Hijabs we aim to dispatch orders on a daily basis, however in busy periods it may take up to 5 working days to process and dispatch. Please note weekends and public holidays are not working days.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from date of order placed. For UK orders please allow 1-2 working days for 1st class however this service is not guaranteed next day by Royal Mail, 2-5 working days for 2nd class and 9-15 days for international orders. Please note due to busy periods orders may take slightly longer.
For 1st class delivery you must place your order before 10am Monday-Friday UK orders only & select 1st Class Delivery at checkout.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of purchase on our website, it is the customers responsibility to provide correct delivery details. Eternal Hijabs is not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the wrong address and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
FREE COLLECTION
We are offering a free collection service on orders throughout Ramadan. If you wish to collect your order please select free collection at checkout and a team member will be in touch via email to give you a day and time for collection. Please ensure your order is collected within the given time frame.
